It was the late 90s and two 14 year olds met in windsurfing class. Dowks was all about an up and coming group called Dave Matthews Band. Carls was really into Deep Blue Something. Over a decade later, they are still making each other mixtapes and looking for the music that makes them sing loudly, take road trips, and dance in kitchens.
Dowks specializes in dance moves that will win the critical grand finale dance battle to save the community arts center. Carls spends inordinate amounts of time pondering impending zombie apocalypses and how the hell she will be able to listen to music during said crisis.
